Welcome to the Mom's Club of Morris Plains, NJ. Our club is open to all mothers who are home anytime during the week, as well as moms who run home-based businesses or work part-time outside of the home, looking for activities to do with other mothers and children. Mom's Club of Morris Plains, NJ is a chapter of the International MOMS Club®, a non-profit, non-denominational organization for at-home mothers and their children.
Our Chapter was founded in July of 2006, having “sistered” from the Morristown, NJ Area chapter. We currently have about 45 members from the Morris Plains, NJ area. We offer a variety of activities for at-home mothers and their children, including all-ages and age-specific playgroups;field trips; park outings; moms nights out; craft and cooking activities; and a monthly business meeting. As a member, you can also participate in our book club, scrapbooking club, and/or join our babysitting co-op. Our club is unique in that children are welcome to all activities.
Our calendar changes from month to month to provide flexibility for everyone's varying schedules. Attendance to activities is not mandatory, so you can be involved in as much as you like.
We also publish a monthly newsletter covering club-specific news and updates and other issues that concern the family and/or women in general.
